This post will show you how easy it is to mix up your own pantry staple seasonings and dip mixes. It’s crazy how many additives are in every processed packaged food that we buy. A lot of these things are so simple to make. I’m going to share a few of our seasonings that we keep stocked.
Those little packets are full of fillers. Have you ever flipped over the packet in a store and read the backside of ingredients? GMO Modified Cornstarch, food dyes & colorings, artificial & ‘natural’ flavors, GMO sugar, MSG (monosodium glutamate), maltodextrin, and more.
We completely ditched having these in our pantry years ago. Today we’re going to share our top 4 spice mixes to have on hand. All you need is a few bulk spices. We love getting them from Azure Standard or Frontier Coop.
Taco seasoning can be used in all things Tex-Mex. We use them in this chicken quesadilla recipe.
