No Halloween Free Printables. I saw this idea being shared and wanted to create something on brand for us. Maybe this will help some of you be encouraged on this dark holiday. We pray by posting these on the doorpost that it will encourage someone to look into these matters.
Simply save the photos and print. I highly recommend laminating them or putting them in a clear divider sheet if you’re going to put them on the door so you can do it on the outside.
Why we don’t partake in halloween. Halloween is Hallows Eve. It is all about being spooky, haunting spirits, playing in the graveyard, witches, ghouls, goblins, vampires, blood, zombies, and every wicked evil plan. What do believers in Scripture have to do with demons?
“When you come into the land which Yahuah Alahyak is giving you, do not learn to do according to the abominations of those nations. Let no one be found among you who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, or one who practises divination, or a user of magic, or one who interprets omens or a sorcerer, or one who conjures spells, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead. For whoever does these is an abomination to Yahuah, and because of these abominations Yahuah Alahyak drives them out from before you. Be perfect before Yahuah Alahyak, for these nations whom you are possessing do listen to those using magic and to diviners. But as for you, Yahuah Alahyak has not appointed such for you.” Dabarayam (Deuteronomy) 18:9-14
“Because we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against authorities, against the world-rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual matters of wickedness in the heavenliness. Because of this, take up the complete armor of Alahyam, so that you have power to withstand in the wicked day, and having done all to stand.” Apasayayam (Ephesians) 6:12-13
But Christians love to baptize holidays and save it for redemption. YOU CANNOT REDEEM PAGANISM. WE CANNOT BE LUKEWARM AND KEEP MIXING THE QUDASH (HOLY) WITH THE PROFANE. We cannot hold a trunk or treat costume party on Halloween and invite all the darkness in.
“We see this holiday as the night when the mundane folk try to reach down inside and touch the “darkness” which for Satanists is a daily mode of existence. Particularly in the United States, Halloween is a time for celebrating monster films, wearing costumes of a macabre nature, and evoking the thrill of “fun fear.” Children (of all ages) can indulge their fantasies by donning costumes that allow for intense role-playing and the release of their “demonic cores,” the parts of their personalities often hidden from their friends, co-workers and families.”

“This night, we smile at the amateur explorers of their own inner darkness, for we know that they enjoy their brief dip into the pool of the “shadow world.” We encourage their tenebrous fantasies, the candied indulgence, and the wide-ranging evocation of our aesthetics (while tolerating some of the chintzy versions), even if it is but once a year.”“I am glad that Christian parents let their children worship the devil at least one night out of the year. Welcome to Halloween.”
Anton LaVey, the founder of the Church of SatanHalloween originated from the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain. This was incorporated with All Saints Day as well. They celebrated the blurring of the living and dead and believed ghosts of the dead returned to earth. The Druids built sacred bonfires and burned crops and animals to Celtic deities wearing costumes usually of animal skins and heads and attempted to tell each other’s fortunes. (ancient Quijia board?) Protestant beliefs originally did not partake in the holiday.
On All Souls Day, poor citizens would beg for food and families would give them pastries called “soul cakes” in return for their promise to pray for the family’s dead relatives.
A dark history
– Trick or Treat – offering for the spirits
-Jack o Lantern – carved pumpkins an icon dedicated to human sacrifice. Candles made from the fat of sacrificed children, set in a gourd, as a “blessing”
-Bobbing for apples: Nov 1st was a day to honor the goddess Pomona, the goddess of fruit, trees, and fertility.
Someday I may come back and add more, but it’s really disturbing to try to find more sources to share without being too gruesome and just searching for evil.
