There is so much suffering amongst the body of believers. Satan is on the prowl to attack the family nucleus. Winter can be a dark and depressing time of year for many. If you’re struggling, take comfort in the Word. We can turn to His Word, which is our sword in the armour of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄. We are His qodesh (set apart/holy) people. We can on His Great Name, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, and He hears. Serve Him humbly in Ruah/Spirit and Truth. He is our strength, our rock, our redeemer, our good Shepherd. He sustains. He is our everything. We as mishpachah (family) 𐤌𐤔𐤐𐤇𐤄 walking in the Way have an important job to lift up our brothers and sisters in prayer continually (Ma`asei (Acts) 6:4 ) when they are weak and cannot lift themselves. Our prayers are an offering (Tehillim (Psalms) 141:2) Ḥazon (Revelation) 8:4
“For to this you were called, because Messiah also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps, who committed no sin, nor was deceit found in His mouth, who, being reviled, did not revile in return; suffering, did not threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously; who Himself bore our sins in His body on the timber, so that we, having died to sins, might live unto righteousness – by whose stripes you were healed. For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your beings.”
Kĕpha Aleph (1 Peter) 2:21-25
“𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is my shepherd; I do not lack. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside still waters. He turns back my being; He leads me in paths of righteousness For His Name’s sake. When I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil. For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You spread before me a table in the face of my enemies; You have anointed my head with oil; My cup runs over. Only goodness and loving-commitment follow me All the days of my life; And I shall dwell in the House of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, To the length of days!” Tehillim (Psalms) 6:2
HalleluYAH He is our Good Shepherd, See Tehillim (Psalm) 23.
“And He said, “If you diligently obey the voice of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 your Elohim and do what is right in His eyes, and shall listen to His commands and shall guard all His laws, I shall bring on you none of the diseases I brought on the Mitsrites, for I am יהוה who heals you.” Exodus 15:26
Let’s take a look at some of the Tehillim/Psalms from Dawiḏ, a man after 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 heart.
“The righteous cried out, and 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 heard, And delivered them out of all their distresses. יהוה is near to the broken-hearted, And saves those whose spirit is crushed. Many are the evils of the righteous, But 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 delivers him out of them all. He is guarding all his bones; Not one of them is broken. Evil does slay the wrong, And those who hate the righteous are guilty. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 redeems the lives of His servants, And none of those taking refuge in Him are guilty.” Tehillim (Psalms) 34:17-22
“Bless 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, O my being, And do not forget all His dealings, Who forgives all your crookednesses, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with loving-commitment and compassion, Who satisfies your desire with the good, Your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is doing righteousness And right-ruling for all the oppressed. He made known His ways to Mosheh, His acts to the children of Yisra’ĕl. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is compassionate and showing favour, Patient, and great in loving-commitment.” Tehillim (Psalms) 103:2-6
“Show favour to me, O 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, for I am fading away; O 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, heal me, for my bones have been troubled.” Tehillim (Psalms) 6:2
“𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 my Elohim, I have cried to You, And You have healed me.” Tehillim (Psalms) 30:2
“He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions. Let them give thanks to 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 for His loving-commitment, And His wonders to the children of men!” Tehillim (Psalms) 107:20-21
“Praise Yah! For it is good to sing praises to our Elohim. For it is pleasant – praise is fitting. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 builds up Yerushalayim, He gathers the outcasts of Yisra’ĕl – He heals the broken-hearted And binds up their wounds.” Tehillim (Psalms) 147:1-3
“I love You, O 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, My strength. 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is my rock and my stronghold and my deliverer; My Ěl is my rock, I take refuge in Him; My shield and the horn of my deliverance, my high tower.” Tehillim (Psalms) 18:1-2
“In You, O 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, I have taken refuge; Let me never be ashamed; Deliver me in Your righteousness. Incline Your ear to me, Deliver me speedily; Be a rock of refuge to me, A house of defence to save me. For You are my rock and my stronghold; For Your Name’s sake lead me and guide me.” Tehillim (Psalms) 31:1-3
“He alone is my rock and my deliverance, my strong tower; I am not greatly shaken. My deliverance and my esteem depend on Elohim; The rock of my strength, my refuge is in Elohim. Trust in Him at all times, you people; Pour out your heart before Him; Elohim is a refuge for us. Selah.” Tehillim (Psalms) 62:2, 7-8
“𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is my light and my deliverance; Whom should I fear? 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 is the refuge of my life; Whom should I dread?” Tehillim (Psalms) 27:1
“Yah is my strength and song, And He has become my deliverance.” Tehillim (Psalms) 118:14 (Shemoth/Exodus 15:2 Song of Mosheh)
“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High, Who abides under the shadow of the Almighty, He is saying of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, “My refuge and my stronghold, My Elohim, in whom I trust!” For He delivers you from the snare of a trapper, From the destructive pestilence. He covers you with His feathers, And under His wings you take refuge; His truth is a shield and armour.” Tehillim (Psalms) 91:1-4
“Show me favour, O Elohim, According to Your loving-commitment; According to the greatness of Your compassion, Blot out my transgressions. Wash me completely from my guilt, And cleanse me from my sin. For I know my transgressions, And my sin is ever before me. Against You, You alone, have I sinned, And done evil in Your eyes; That You might be proven right in Your words; Be clear when You judge.” Tehillim (Psalms) 51
Wisdom from Shelomoh, Dawiḏ’s son
“My son, listen to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Let them not depart from your eyes; Guard them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And healing to all their flesh.” Mishlĕ (Proverbs) 4:20-22
“Expectancy drawn out makes the heart sick, But a longing come true is a tree of life. He who despises the Word is destroyed, But he who fears the command is rewarded. The Torah of the wise is a fountain of life, Turning one away from the snares of death.” Mishlĕ (Proverbs) 13:12-14
“Did you not know? Have you not heard? The everlasting Elohim, 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, the Creator of the ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to those who have no might He increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men stumble and fall, but those who wait on 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 renew their strength, they raise up the wing like eagles, they run and are not weary, they walk and do not faint.” Yeshayah (Isaiah) 40:28-21
“But you, Yisra’ĕl, are My servant, Ya‛aqoḇ, whom I have chosen, the descendants of Aḇraham who loved Me, whom I have strengthened from the ends of the earth, and called from its farthest parts, and said to You, ‘You are My servant, I have chosen you and have not rejected you. Do not fear, for I am with you. Do not look around, for I am your Elohim. I shall fortify you, I shall also help you, I shall also uphold you with the right hand of My righteousness.” Yeshayah (Isaiah) 41:8-10
If you’re able to have someone pray over you that is walking in the Ruaḥ ha’Qodesh (Holy Spirit)
“Is any of you suffering evil? Let him pray. Is anyone in good spirits? Let him sing psalms. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, having anointed him with oil in the Name of the Master. And the prayer of the belief shall save the sick, and the Master shall raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he shall be forgiven. Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, so that you are healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous one accomplishes much.” Ya‛aqoḇ (James) 5:13-16
Yoḥanan/John’s words of encouragement
“Beloved ones, I pray for you to do well in every way, and be in health, as your life is doing well. For I rejoiced greatly when brothers came and witnessed of the truth in you, as you walk in the truth. I have no greater joy than to hear of my children walking in truth.” Yoḥanan Gimel (3 John) 1:2-4
A Messianic prophesy
“But to you who fear My Name the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings. And you shall go out and leap for joy like calves from the stall.” Mal’aḵi (Malachi) 4:2 which leads to the following verse “And a woman, having a flow of blood for twelve years, who, having spent all her livelihood on physicians, was unable to be healed by any, came from behind and touched the tzitzit of His garment. And immediately her flow of blood stopped.” Luqas (Luke) 8:43-44. It’s interesting that the woman had a flow for 12 years and this story is in the middle of a story about a girl named Talitha who is 12 years old and died. It’s curious that He came to set the captives free and heal the 12 tribes of Yisra’ĕl back to Him.
We have forever after with our King to look forward to.
“And I heard a loud voice from the heaven saying, “See, the Booth of Elohim is with men, and He shall dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and Elohim Himself shall be with them and be their Elohim. “And Elohim shall wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, nor mourning, nor crying. And there shall be no more pain, for the former matters have passed away.” And He who was sitting on the throne said, “See, I make all matters new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and trustworthy.” And He said to me, “It is done! I am the ‘Aleph’ and the ‘Taw’, the Beginning and the End. To the one who thirsts I shall give of the fountain of the water of life without payment. The one who overcomes shall inherit all this, and I shall be his Elohim and he shall be My son.” Ḥazon (Revelation) 21:3-7
