We have been learning and trying to collect resources to learn the ATUT, the ancient Hebrew language pictographs. Did you know that writing used to be pictures and each letter tells it’s own story? With today’s modern languages, we really lose the richness and depth of what the people were portraying. This is a good video for children and adults on the basics of the ATUT.

For reading through the Bible, I have enjoyed the HalleluYAH Scriptures translation. I found this resource to get it for a download in English or Spanish.
I highly recommend getting the Messianic Aleph Tav Interlinear Scriptures for studying and seeing the words stacked on top of one another. There are 5 books and I opted for the red letter version. There’s Torah, Writings, Prophets, Good News accounts, and Acts-Revelation.
The Hebrew Aleph-bet flash cards from HalleluYAH Scriptures are my favorite. You can also find this chart and the other flashcards Alan Horvath put out on zazzle. Unfortunately the way zazzle works, you have to put the 22 cards in separately, but I just used the chart instead.
HalleluYAH Scriptures has an amazing book on the Titles of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (AL/God)
My favorite one is probably Hebrew Word Pictures by Dr Frank Seekins
Jeff A Benner has a bunch of books. This is the Ancient Hebrew Dictionary 1000 verbs and nouns
Note: I always try to find books used if I can.
My children and I are working on writing out our own aleph bet to understand them better.
