Why do we observe the Biblical Feasts?
Weren’t those done away with?
Didn’t Jesus nail the 3 letter word, LAW, to the cross so we don’t have to do it anymore?
We have a New better Covenant. Haven’t you read the New Testament? We don’t do the old.
Those are for the Jews, we have Jesus Christ.
Is it? Are they really done away with? Are we free to do what we please now and observe pagan holidays?

And no wonder! For Satan himself masquerades as a messenger of light!
2 Corinthians 11:14 (QURaNaTYYM Bayt)
The tricks of ha’satan, the devil, the serpent of old, the dragon will continue to try to deceive the nations. He asked the question to the first humans, “Did Yahuah (God) really say……?” The original doubt put into people’s minds to make others think they were conspiracy theorists. They were given a charge. They disobeyed and sin entered the earth. Mankind fell because they didn’t listen to the Word of Alahym (God). We have inherited lies stemming from dispensationalism and replacement theology. Does satan really want you to be obedient to a righteous Alahym?
And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to fight with the remnant of her seed, those guarding the commands of Alahym and possessing the witness of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 Messiah/Mashayach.
Chazan/Revelation 12:17

The Biblical Feasts were given to all of His people from the beginning of creation. They are not observed for our salvation or because we think we should become Jewish when walking away from Christianity. They were not just given to the tribe of Yahudah/Judah, which is only 1 of 12 sons/tribes of Ya’aqab/Jacob whose name was changed to Yashar’al.
“Speak to the children of Yashar’al, and say to them, ‘The appointed times of 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄, which you are to proclaim as set-apart gatherings, My appointed times, are these:
UYQRA/LEVITICUS 23:2
They are a time to remember how His people historically were rescued.
They are a time to remember His righteous judgement on the nations who enslaved His people.
They are kept in anticipation of His final return.
They are a gift for us to celebrate His goodness.
They are a time to pause and reflect what He’s done for us
They are a set apart time to worship and praise Him for deliverance and redemption.
They are a time to look forward to being reunited and restored to Him.
They are a joy.
And 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 commanded us to do all these laws, to fear 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 our Alahym, for our good always, to keep us alive, as it is today. And it is righteousness for us when we guard to do all this command before 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 our Alahym, as He has commanded us.’
Dabarym/Deuteronomy 6:24-25
We are told to guard/shamar His Ways to show we love Him. The word “shamar” H8104 means to keep, observe, keeper, take heed, preserve, to be a watchman, protect, safe life, to treasure up, celebrate, perform (vow). Does that sound like they’re done away with to you? Another word that is similar is shama.
The word “shama” H8085 is to hear and do out of obedience. To listen, give heed, to obey, to hear, to understand, to hear with attention or interest. It is a hearing the Father’s voice and then an action verb to carry out. Because we now have the Ruach ha’Qadash (Holy Spirit) in our hearts to help us, we CAN seek the ancient paths. Our job is to break up our tillable ground, soften our hard hearts, and the Ruach can then start to write the Turah onto the tablets of our hearts. Yahusha 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤔𐤏 ha’Mashayach is the root of the olive tree we are grafted into, observing the Turah is the good fruit.
