No bake chocolate peanut butter bars
Ingredients:
Filling:
1 cup grass-fed butter melted
1 1/2 cups organic soft white wheat berries milled
2 cups peanut butter (peanuts only)
1/2 cup raw honey & 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (You can replace this with 1 cup of organic cane sugar powdered in the blender)
Bottom and top chocolate layers
3 cups organic chocolate chips + 2 Tbl coconut oil
Method:
1. Melt the butter & pour into a medium sized bowl
2. Mill the wheat berries into the bowl
3. Add in peanut butter, honey, maple syrup
4. Stir and set aside.
5. Prepare your sheet bar pan (15″x10″). I use parchment for easy clean up.
6. Melt chocolate chips + coconut oil on low heat stirring constantly and immediately take it off heat when melted
7. Pour half of the chocolate into the pan.
8. Gently pour the pb mixture on top
9. Pour the rest of the chocolate on top.
10. Feel free to give it a swirl with a knife or dowl.
11. Freeze until set enough to cut. Score/cut and enjoy. Store in fridge.
